Automated Vehicle Location / GPS Vehicle Tracking
RMJ Technologies is a proud reseller of two niche telematics (tracking and tracing) providers: Networkfleet, TSO Mobile. Both systems provide the basic functions of a vehicle gps tracking solution. However, both differ greatly in their add-on features.
Networkfleet is unique in the fact that their primary system connects directly to the vehicles on-board computer (OBDII or J Port) and provides a remote diagnostics reading every four hours via the internet. This system directly benefits maintenance, fuel conservation, emissions reduction and the overall reduction of fleet operating expenses up to 25%. In addition, in the state of California the need for bi-annual smog tests is eliminated.
TSO Mobile is a GPS vehicle tracking system that provides one platform for the tracking of vehicles, trailers, heavy equipment and lose assets (such as generators). This robust fleet management system also permits tracking in Mexico, contains a superb route optimization tool and works off of various map overlays. A client can track a vehicle all the way down to the exact lane they traveled on the highway. Lastly, this system can work in conjunction with specific Garmin navigation units so users may upload routes and provide drivers with turn-by-turn directions to each stop or client. There are tremendous amounts of other benefits from the combined TSO Mobile/Garmin solution. This solution is a three wire install.

GPS Vehicle Tracking/Navigation/Backup Camera Combination
RMJ Technologies is able to offer a fleet the ultimate system. This system combines GPS vehicle tracking with the Garmin navigation (via TSO Mobile), a back up camera using the Garmin navigation as the monitor. Therefore, the driver will use the Garmin to be directed through his/her daily routes and when the vehicle is placed in reverse, the Garmin unit displays the video of the rear from the camera installed in the back of the vehicle.
